By "Vedalken Dispassion", I mean "Tireless Precision"

Couldnt find another post, apologies if its already covered.
When you select Vedalken, youre prompted to choose the tool proficiency in which you get your additional 1D4. The problem is that because Artificer gives me proficiency in Thieves Tools and Tinkers Tools, it removes those as the options from the Vedalken Dispassion drop down.
If anyone knows how I can be a Vedalken Artificer with my Vedalken Dispassion bonus applied to Tinkers Tools I would love to hear how
This isn't the first bug of this type I've seen reported (last time it was one that granted proficiency and expertise, but couldn't if you were already proficient). I think they fixed that one.
In the meantime, you can just leave it blank and make a note to know which tool gets a bonus.
