Volo's Guide Pricing Error?

Correct me if I am wrong here, but I think that Volo's guide Races and Subraces prices were switched by accident.

Races: 12 races @ $1.99 each ($23.78 total) or All races for $2.99.

Subraces: 3 subraces @ $1.99 each ($5.97 total) or All subraces for $9.99.

I noticed this also, you cannot use the races in the character creator though if you purchase them.
