This chapter describes the most common spells in the worlds of Dungeons & Dragons. The chapter begins with the spell lists of the spellcasting classes. The remainder contains spell descriptions, presented in alphabetical order by the name of the spell.
That in no way defines that the term "spell list" refers only to the "class spell list", it merely defines class spell lists. Thus the "Dunamancy Spell List" is still a "Spell List", and technically so are "Domain Spell Lists". Based on that, Reaper ability by RAW should be able to choose from the dunamancy spell list.
Correct. Dave doesn’t seem to understand the concept “as written”. By definition that means nothing is inferred, and he’s clearly inferring that they mean “class spell list” when that is not stated in the text.

I came to the conclusion by following what was written, although it does appear to be a different conclusion what you and mhimmels have come to, which isn't uncommon when dealing with RAW. It's a little unfair however to say that I don't understand the concept.
That aside, it appears to be rules as intended based on what has been implemented; D&D Beyond applies rules as directed by WotC. Errors do happen, but considering that it says very explicitly that dunamancy spells are intended for dunamancy classes only without DM intervention, what we are seeing here aligns with RAW.

RAW - dunamancy spells are for dunamancy sub classes only without DM approving it, the only exception to my knowledge is reaper ability (could be design or error I don't know). I don't particularly like it but that is the strict reading of RAW without infering the intentions of the game designers.
RAI - to me is irrelevant because unless the game designer states his intention, 10 different people will read it in 11 different ways. Pointless to discuss unless you have a quote from the actually author/game designer in charge. For example my RAI on dunamancy is that it should be on the wizard list, but ask the dm before adding it if you have a different sub class. I am sure many disagree. :)

Yes, on the sourcebook in their own section. If you are using a PC, when you click the link for a map the D&D Beyond image viewer kicks in and will show a shrunken version. It is best to right-click and open in new tab or window to see the full, high-resolution, image.

I am new to DM'ing and I'm doing the first adventure Frozen Sick for my friends on Roll20. Trying to make lockdown slightly more enjoyable. But anyways I was wondering if you guys populated any NPC's or ocean monsters on the trip to Eiselcross? and if so could you guys give me some ideas please?
Went to Game Rules > Spells > Wizard Spells > then filtered only by the Wildemount source book > and the only result is Shape Water from the Elemental Evil book, for some reason, haha.
Went to Game Rules > Spells > Wizard Spells > then filtered only by the Wildemount source book > and the only result is Shape Water from the Elemental Evil book, for some reason, haha.
This is because the spells are not on the Wizard class spell list. They are specific to certain subclasses.
Go to the main Spells page (view all) and then filter by Wildemount source.

Hmm, even still, they are still Wizard spells, and there is a separate filter for Subclass.
And on top of that, the search I ran still returned Shape Water, which is very wrong.

Thank you all for your help with this issue, I am coming out of this thinking the following:
- RAI Reaper shouldn't be able to default draw a Dunamancy spell - Mercer and Crawford have practically said so much themselves. They suggest DM fiat, which means we have to homebrew. - RAW Reaper states "spell list" and this term is ambiguous enough for us to have debated its definition, so it could fall on either side. - Due to the way Wildemount has been implemented, I doubt the Reaper ability will get special dispensation/imprementation.

Right, the chronurgist and graviturgust, subclasses of, the wizard? So when I filter as above (wizard spell list and wildemount source), then I should see dunamancy spells, or if I leave source blank, but set subclasses to chronurgust, then this would also show the dunamancy skills, only minus the graviturgist this time. Every spell is on SOME classes' spell list. And again, the presence of Shape Water is still obviously wrong.
But Im not really here to debate this, just reporting the bug for the dev team.

There is no bug.
Game Rules > Spells > View All. (NOT wizard. They are not on the Wizard spell list, by design).
Advanced Filters > Sources > Explorer's Guide to Wildemount
This shows all the spells. Just done this now, works perfect. So, there is no bug there in that regard.
If you are not seeing the spells, maybe you don't have access to that source? Have you unlocked it or had it shared with you?

It really takes away from the ease of DNDB that I have to do so many work arounds to just use the new wizard spells. You should just create a toggle allowing the wizard to use the spells or not. You can do this for whole swaths of content but require us to custom make a feat or subclass to use purchased content? It's frustrating. Please tell me you me working on this quality of life function for the future.

I agree, or just ignore the toggle and adding it to the wizard list would be awesome too. I can sort out the rest with my players.
I get the reason for how it was implemented and am not looking to discuss RAW or RAI anymore, just voicing my agreement here.
I previously found this typo Under Chapter 1, the header of "The Founding" it says "... from the boundless inspiration the of the protean gods." I think it is meant to read "... from the boundless inspiration of the protean gods." Appears to have an extra "the".
I believe I also found another typo under Chapter 1, but this time under the header of Western Wynadir, sub header "Modern Dwendalian Empire" "Other kings have come and gone, but few have made as immediate and lasting a mark as King Bertrand Dwendal. On assuming the throne in 790 PD, King Bertrand immediately demonstrated....
Seeking to bury any dissent against the Crown, King Dwendal ...This allowed King Bertrand Dwendal to rise in popularity while also ruling with a far more ruthless and self-serving agenda than most kings before him."
For my quoted text above, multiple times it refers to King Bertrand Dwendel as King Bertrand, and then once it refers to him as King Dwendal(which I bolded), which I assume is a typo as monarchs are not often referred to as their surname.
Hope this help :)

I purchased Echo Knight by itself but it's not allowing me to select it as a archetype.
You need to check Critical Role content on the first page of the Character creator in order for the Echo Knight to appear

I purchased, pre-ordered this campaign the explorer's guide to wildemount
the only thing I can find is just your character creation skills and spells backgrounds sub-races, all character creation contest
I cannot find any game content such as adventures plots or maps
I have no access to any of the adventure content or maps, except for Frozen sick
The Frozen Sick adventure will show separately under the Sources - Adventures menu because it was made free for everyone.
For the other adventures you need to go into the sourcebook. Sources - Sourcebooks - Explorer's Guide to Wildemount. The adventures are under Chapter 5 - Adventures In Wildemount.
