Hello

My DM has purchased Volo's guide, but when I try to make a character I can not access the Bugbear race... Is there something I am doing wrong?

Why is this happening? I seem to have many bugs concerning the connection from my DMs books to what I can use.

Hi there,

for you to be able to use the content your DM has purchased on D&D Beyond:

The DM has to have a campaign set-up on D&D Beyond.

A member of the campaign need to have a current Master Tier subscription and have enabled Content Sharing for the campaign.

Your character must be in that campaign to benefit from shared content.
