Hi! A few hours ago, I paid for a one-month subscription to the Master tier so that I could share my purchases with my players. I then immediately cancelled the subscription because I didn't want it to automatically recur. Once I cancelled, it showed on my account as still active until 9/16/2017.
I just came back a couple hours later, and the subscription is no longer appearing on my account! My players are remaking their characters now and they don't have access to the full PHB. What gives? Was I billed? Where did my one-month subscription go? Should I reorder it?
If you have a query or issue about billing or purchases, please head over to the D&D Beyond support site. The support team will be able to assist you with this matter.
Thanks subsistcyber! I think this is a bug in the UI, though. My subscription is apparently still active because I'm able to enable content sharing on my campaign, and no other players have a subscription. So I think the section rendered in https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/subscriptions is incorrectly showing that I have no active subscriptions.
Or is this page for forum subscriptions rather than account subscriptions? If so, then this is SUPER confusing. :)
