Hello! The compendium pages in D&D Beyond are arranged differently than their physical counterparts, and are not an exact 1-to-1 match for pages on a physical copy.
They could still allow the user to search for the information that corresponds to what was provided in the original hardcover version.
Also, why isn't there a button on the collections tab labelled 'My Compendium'? When you select it, it would show only those books that you've purchased. It is a ROYAL pain trying to locate my books in the entire list of compendium materials. I mean, you do it with dice and such. After all, they would merely be links to the books; and you could always provide a link from that page to a list of all source books that you could purchase. Make it streamlined for people; it's hard enough to keep all this information straight, and accessible.
It's a bit difficult to look up stuff in the digital books on DnDB.... Whenever I do some research online, people always say PHB pXXX, DMG pXXX and you simply have NO clue which chapter that would be. There's also no search-option for the books, you could search on DnDB overall, but you'd rather find some entry in the forum, or comment etc, rather than something inside a rulebook (which also happens, but you'd have to be quite lucky)
So, if you only got the DnDB digital books, what's the best way to search through them? Or to "translate" page-numbers to chapters (since you can search at least within the chapter)?
