I have the DM subscription but am unable to use public homebrew content from others. I can get them into my collection but I am unable to use any of the spells or items despite creating characters specifically for them. (i.e. making sure Wizard could use the spell/ item the character is proficient with)

D&D Beyond FoundersPlease check that you have homebrew enabled for those characters (see the attached image).
If that doesn't work, please can you link the homebrew items and your character here (or send via PM if you don't want to post publically)?
