Like the title says, I'm running Dragon of Icespire Peak for 6 PCs. Everything has been running fine, but the session before last, everyone reached their 5th level. I had everyone go through and level up, but when I checked the campaign page today, the Druid was still level 4. No problem, I thought to myself, I'll just ask her to double check her character sheet. Sure enough, she sends me a screenshot that shows her Druid is, in fact, level 5. I click into her character sheet and it shows level 5 on my screen also. The only places that still show her as level 4 are the main campaign page, and the encounter builder. I'm not so much worried about the campaign page because as long as she's leveled up on her page, that's fine, but it makes creating balanced encounters more difficult.
Both on PC and mobile; tried refreshing and clearing cache on both, also tried just creating a new campaign, removing everyone from the old one and adding everyone to the new one, and she STILL shows as level 4, but only on the campaign page and encounter builder. Everywhere else, she's level up, including her character sheet. It's like whatever campaign she's in absolutely refuses to update her character any further.
Hello! Could you ask your player to open the preferences sidebar on her character sheet (name dropdown -> preferences) and share what is listed at the very bottom in grey?
Is there additional text below that? Please ensure that your player checks, as they may have a different display there than another user viewing the page.
It's still an issue in version 5.20.2. Both on Firefox and Chrome, although when you open the other browser for the first time it shows you the updated levels. Clearing cookies/cache does not help. The levels update eventually, but it takes a really long time.
I unassigned the character that would not update its level. As soon as I did, this appeared below:
"UNASSIGNED CHARACTERS These characters are available to be claimed by players in the campaign."
And there was the character I just unassigned showing the right level. On the picture instead of "Unassign" it read "Claim" - So I "Claimed" it and that was it. It is NOT intuitive but, sorry to say, neither is Beyond.
This worked for me.

Hi! So in preferences, Character Privacy is at the very bottom and it says public. Is there supposed to be something else?
Edit: oh I see. She sent me a screenshot.

Here's an image example of what I mean:
Let me know if that makes a difference. :)

Thank you! That is very helpful. I will pass this information along to the team!
Hello. I'm experiencing the same thing.
I'm encountering this issue as well, I tried to clear my cache, cookies, no avail

Here is what I did, and it worked.
