Hi, I'm having an issue when attempting to log in through my home PC or iPad. My account shows no subscriptions and no purchased content. When viewing my account page it shows I have been a member for 4 months and 10 days (technically before the August 15th release), while mobile login shows 5 months of membership.
Do you have any ideas why my PC or IPad login would not be current to today's date?
It is likely that your browser has the link to your content cached, which can be fixed fairly easily, by clearing your browser's cache.
If this is not something that you are familiar with, you can find useful guides here on how to do this for most current browsers.
If, after clearing your browser cache, you are still unable to access content that you have purchased, please contact the support team, who will be able to assist you further.

Most likely culprit the cache. Try clearing it on both devices/whatever browsers you use, then look again.
