SCAG cantrips ( Booming Blade, Green-Flame Blade, Lightning Lure and Sword Burst) are not avalible to be picked for a sorcerer. All other SCAG options seem to be avalible. (e.g. Storm Sorcerer )
Devious serpent folk devoid of compassion, yuan-ti manipulate other creatures by arousing their doubts, evoking their fears, and elevating and crushing their hopes. From remote temples in jungles, swamps, and deserts, the yuan-ti plot to supplant and dominate all other races and to make themselves gods.

Sorry, the problem came from the fact that I had accidentally left the campaign in which content sharing was turned on, thus, I didn't actually have SCAG content avalible. Upon adding my character back into the campaign, I could properly see all of the cantrips.

Hi,
I just made a sorcerer. The cantrips you mentioned are available. Here an example attached.
Maybe, you can post here the link to your character, so we can give a look.
