I have been experiancing when creating new characters that the equipment I select in character creation don't save when switching to profile and I have to start the selection again in profile
but last time my character leveled I wanted to manually change HP in "edit", but every time I switched to "profile" the manual change did not show
my hp was my old manual + con bonus including the new level
I think I finally fixed it by refreshing the page after manual change and only after seeing that the manual hp didn't change after refresh I switched to "profile" and the hp changes where displayed
