A friend asked me for help, his character seems to have 14 HP as first level Paladin with 2 Constitution and no items or feats that would add to HP. I don't see anything else that would add to his HP. Can you please take a look and locate the glitch?
There is an issue where, if hit points are set to manual, prior to selecting a class, it gives the character 12 hit points, as that's the maximum (Barbarian).
As Hit Points are set to manual in preferences, your friend should go ahead and use the MANAGE HP button on the CLASS page of the Character Builder (edit the character).

Hi there,
they have hit points set to manual roll.

Thanks @Stormknight, good to know it's a known glitch and how to fix it! :)
