When making or editing a homebrew feat under the modifiers tab after clicking the plus sign there is no blue add modifiers button. Have it on all the others such as add spell or option but missing on modifiers.
This is most likely due to the css being used to render the html on the page. The same way the character sheet redraws for different size frames. I generally go landscape to select the button for modifiers, then back to portrait to do the editing.
