Since Wild Talent makes your dice scale with character level, it should raise the Psi Sorcerer die to d8 at level 5 regardless of how many levels you have in it. However, it’s still listed as d6 not d8
At points throughout this set of rules the Psionic Talent Die employed by the three new Subclasses and One new Feat will shift up and down dependent on its use. We are not currently able to model the tracking of this dice. Where applicable a snippet has been added to show the base value of your Psionic Talent Dice.
At this time, we are unable to track it based on level.
