I have been working for a few days on balancing a storm/shipwreck themed magical axe, and am almost finished, however I have encountered a problem where Thunderstep is not a spell I can add to the item, when formatted as a tooltip it comes up as [tooltip not found] and it doesn't appear at all in the list of spells one can add to an item. I can access it in other lists and know under normal circumstances I could simply add it as a custom feat, but it appears nowhere in the homebrew creator. I'd love to see this fixed or an available workaround.
Thunder Step tooltips work ok, but you need to remember the space in the name.
You can add the spell to your homebrew too, but only if you personally have purchased the spell, or the sourcebook it's from (i.e. not if it's just being shared with you).
