Hi!  I know this isn't a new problem, but I think my angle is different from everyone else.  I live at a school that actively blocks websites and servers based on authentication and certificates.  Since I work here, I can just ask the IT department to whitelist a server, but I need to know what I should be telling them.  I had them whitelist twitch, but that didn't seem to work.  Any ideas?  For reference - everything else loads fine with DNDBeyond.  Just the characters list and sheets never load.

The IT department came back with this message: " dndbeyond.com is not blocked by the web filter. This would include all subdomain variants."  Can you think of anything else?  Is there something I can look into to see what's blocking it?

Is the network running a VPN or browser extensions?

 Do you have any additional detail about what happens when https://www.dndbeyond.com/my-characters fails to load?  Have you tried alternate browsers and/or incognito mode?  Can you connect to this page via mobile on the same network's WiFi?

-Do you hit a 'blocked' landing page?
-Does the window remain black?
-Are you redirected?
-Do you receive a browser error?
