I am running a campaign and have the master tier with resources shared. I've purchased the PHB and SCAG and I am able to select draw as a playable race during creation but my players (who have joined the campaign) do not see that as an option. They can see my shared resources in the compendium. What am I doing wrong?
Make sure your players create characters within the campaign, as this can be a little misleading.
They need to use the ddb.ac link, then on the page that displays, choose to create character from there.
If you purchased the PHB & SCAG after creating the campaign, it's possible you may need to delete that campaign and create a new one, but this shouldn't be the case.
