In my case I have similar situation. I have a shared content - Tasha's, all ticks are on, sync is on, but I cannot see College of eloquence at all. A couple of weeks ago it was on the list, now - not any more.

Yes, all of the other subclasses are available. This includes the College of Creation, which is from Tasha's as well:

Was this issue ever addressed? The Amulet increases my spell save DC, but Channel Divinity features using spell save DC never include the bonus from the Amulet.

I wonder if Hasbro plans to release the 2024 Clockwork and Mind Sorcerer in a broken stage of will they finally adresse the issue?

 It looks like the '24 clockwork and mind sorcerers will not be able to modify their spell lists.

The expanded spell list for sorcerer is not showing up in the character builder, I don't know about the other classes, but you may want to check them as well

Enable the option in Home tab of character builder and additional options on Class tab.

Why does Tasha's Moon Sickle does not affect save DCs of spores druid? It is still at 15 when my real save DC is 17. Was this intentional?

Any updates on the All-Purpose Tool, Amulet of the Devout, Arcane Grimoire, Bloodwell Vial, Rhythm-Maker’s Drum, and Moon Sickle bonuses being added to all spells instead of the relevant class spells? The rod of the pact keeper already has the feature functioning so will the issue be resolved soon?

Clockwork Soul Sorcerer subclass feature. 

Additional spell list states "Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be an abjuration or a transmutation spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list." 
However, there is no way to remove those additional spells and replace them with other options.

I'm running a one shot and I have a player who has the Tasha's cauldron of everything sourcebook and the content from the book does not show up on character sheets even with all of the correct switches enabled. Optional class features is enabled on every character. Both the player and I have made sure our entitlements data are in sync. They tried leaving and rejoining the campaign, toggling the content sharing off and then back on, and trying new characters. Please help, thanks.
