I wanted to confirm that I encountered this bug as well.
Unfortunately, it was the very first thing I searched on the entire site! I was initially afraid that the whole filtering feature was broken, but it seems to only apply to the Legendary/Lair filters.
Legendary has been added. No SRD creatures have Lair
Fail.
To quote from the Giant Spider description...
"Giant spiders are most commonly found underground, making their lairs on ceilings or in dark, web-filled crevices. Such lairs are often festooned with web cocoons holding past victims."
...and, of course, everyone knows DRAGONS all have lairs.
Molster probably means that although the SRD has rules for Lairs and Lair Actions (SRD pg. 260), no monster in those included in that document utilize those rules.
For example, the Black Dragons in SRD (pg. 280) have Legendary Actions (at least the Ancient and Adult varieties), but not Lair actions. The same creatures in Monster Manual (pg. 89) do.
...this, again, makes me wonder how such creatures will be handled when the paid content rolls around, by the way. Especially for linking references.

Both Legendary and Lair filters on the monsters list gives no result when set to "Yes".

I do stuff, sometimes.
Yet it contains creatures with Lair Actions. I think this could be the key people are looking for. I know it was for me.
