So, in the "Side Quests" section of ToA, the #10 side quest has an Acolyte NPC stumble up to the players and tell them to "Speak to the wise guardian of Orolunga, east of Mbala. She can direct you to that which you seek." before collapsing and forgetting the last 12 hours or so of his day. This side quest is meant to prod the party in search of Orolunga and the guardian naga that lives there that can then point them to Omu. The problem is that Orolunga isn't east of Mbala on the map....it's to the west, leaving the party to wander aimlessly in the wrong direction for no real reason. Now I checked with a physical copy of the book and it says to go east as well, leading me to believe that this was more a flub on WotC's part in the original printing.
Is this something that DDB would consider worth correcting?

"The mongoose blew out its candle and was asleep in bed before the room went dark." —Llanowar fable
I took it just as slightly misleading directions. I had the players receive conflicting directions. A slightly better map from helping Liara Porter followed by a definitive map of where Orolunga was located after they "completed" Camp Vengeance. But you are probably right, it would be easier if it just said "west of mbala."

The trouble here is that in the physical book there is the same thing and DDB can't replicate any differently.
