As the thread title says i just purchased the backgrounds from the player handbook - but it bugged out and reverted to thinking I hadn't made the purchase.
First off, thank you for your purchase! It is likely that your browser has the link to your content cached, which can be fixed fairly easily, by clearing your browser's cache.
If this is not something that you are familiar with, you can find useful guides here on how to do this for most current browsers.
If, after clearing your browser cache, you are still unable to access content that you have purchased, please contact the support team, who will be able to assist you further.

It DOES appear in my order history however...
I believe there is something about clearing cache and cookies and restarting browser (logging out and logging in maybe too)
