Hello! Having an issue with my content not appearing on different computers. I generally use my laptop to work on campaigns, characters, and to purchase marketplace stuff from DND Beyond, but when I switch and login using my phone or another computer, NONE of my content is available. Can't access my campaigns, my characters, or even locate the purchases I've made via the marketplace. Clearing cookies, cache, etc., hasn't resulted in any change. At the moment, I'm stuck with whatever content I happen to have worked on using each device, which is, to say the least, a major frustration.
Customer support has been largely useless in helping me address this. Anyone else have an idea?
that does sound like cached information. That said ... are you certain that you are logged in with the same twitch.tv account on both your laptop and your mobile device?
You can check this by going to your account profile - do you see the "My Account" and "Edit Profile" buttons?

Yes! This was completely, 100% my error. My computer was signed into Twitch from two separate usernames, and I goofed and didn't notice. Thanks for putting my head on straight!
I am having the same issue but like I dont have a duplicate account. on all devices, the same time shows. I logged in how I did on my computer.theres no way to at all to work this. I didn't sing in through twitch or google or nothing. just created a wizardry account and it's not syncing through any of my devices. the app and my laptop.
so yeah my computer that I use to create my charter and create a wizardry account shows my character and the campaign im in. my Mac and phone shoe neither. and also only show seraphinafrost, not seraphinafrost51050d27b1 which shows up on my pc. but I never made any other accounts. regardless I dont know how to fix this or sign into the 'proper' one. and I agree. this is quite frustrating as I cant always have access to my computer when doing in person sessions. so any way to fix this would be delightful

Looking in the Users Control Panel, there are two accounts on the site associated to your e-mail address:
Wolpertinger_Press and wolpertingerpress (Nickname: WolpertingerPress)
Once account was active 15mins ago, the other 11 mins ago.
Your two $1.99 purchases are tied to the Wolpertinger_Press account.
