On the magic item page the pre-built icon filters only work correctly when going from the all items filters. When switching from one filter icon to another the item list does not change.
Using goggle chrome on windows 7 OS. For instance when I click on the armor icon it loads 14 pages of armor items. From there if I click on any other icon, rings, scrolls, etc..., the page reloads and displays the same 14 pages of armor items. if I go from armor to all items then to rings only then do 2 pages of rings load.
they are working as a multi-filter function. so just like the magic bonuses in the advanced fliters tab, you can pick multiple choices to filter through. if you want to remove one of the item just click on the icon again and it should remove it. Hope this helps y'all!

I figured it out last night. Yup. It works. It was counter-intuitive though...and I guess that's why people thought it didn't work.
