the Blood Hunter class can select from the fighting styles that are specified by the author (Matt Mercer). If an updated version is published, we will update it on D&D Beyond.
The Blood Hunter class specifically states that it can choose from the four fighting styles: Archery, Dueling, Great Weapon Fighting, and Two-Weapon Fighting.
It doesn't make any mention of being able to select other fighting styles from the Fighter class.
D&D Beyond presents the rules, as per the publisher, whether that is Wizards of the Coast, or our other partners.
If you wish to use homebrew rules and allow a Blood Hunter in your games to use alternative fighting styles, I suggest that the best way to do that is to add them as a homebrew feat that can be added to the character sheet.
Not sure if this is a big or a deliberate choice but the Bloodhunter doesn't have the same fighting styles as a fighter or a paladin for me.
