Same issues as lots of other folks posted here: I can download the basic rules, but none of the content I've bought here on this site, the MM, PHB, DMG, XGE, etc. When it ask if I would like to download it, and I pres the button, nothing happens.

Using the app on IOS 11, in case that is information you'd like to know.

Edit: Also, would love to have the option to make the text even smaller one my iPad.

Same, can only access basic rules on both Android and iOS. Bought books showing under marketplace. 

Download of basic rules works fine though. 

Crash on launch.  Did not prompt for permissions of local storage.  When I granted access to local storage crash on launch continued.

Clearing "data" in app info did not resolve issue.  As a side note, it's running fine on my phone so far.

When I click on the Basic Rules, it says this:

"Error
There was an error loading the compendium source. Try again with an active internet connection or contact support if the problem persists."

Using Android 5.1

Same issue. I own all rules except for Tortle package. "My content" only provides access to basic rules. iPhone 6

downloads of content are no responsive and fail. Sooo excited to try it out :)

I've confirmed I'm using the correct twitch login, and it shows my profile picture as well.

Additionally, the spell listing does not work for the Basic Rules.
Also, I have to say that navigating the rules is fairly terrible. The back button on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) backs me out of the app, not the page I'm in. Also, the navigation via page picture is not ideal. I'd rather go back to the table of contents listing. Currently, I much prefer navigating the DnD Beyond site via mobile than this app.

Android: cannot download any of My Content. App crashes once I request it to download any of the books, including the Basic Rules. After the app crashes, the download appears in the notification bar, but soon disappears. Tried logging out and back in, but no change. 

 Not able to download the xanathar or Tortle packages from the main content menu. But by going into my account and my content it let me download those purchased books.

Edit: never mind, it started the download but canceled immediately.

Only able to access Basic Rules. Own all rule books, as well as LMoP and ToA.

bookmark takes you to the top of the page, not to where you bookmaked (is this inteneded?)

iOS 11.1 on iPhone 7. Can't download purchased content, like others.

Searching from within a book is broken: clicking the magnifying glass brings up the search screen:

I assume there's text missing that's supposed to be next to the back arrow, but the more important thing is that touching the search text field doesn't actually do anything, so it's actually kinda useless.

Also, see how "Recent Search Results" is right up against the left side? I'm assuming there should be some padding there.

Only the Basic Rules and TftYP are downloading for me.  PH, DMG, etc all show 52.4 MB, and aren't downloading from the My Content section (Android).  I own everything except OotA and SKT.  Maybe they're rolling out later today?

Brand new Iphone X with all the latest updates already done. App download and install no issues. I see all of my purchased content...and then some....I click on download.....nothing happens...

I am very excited and more than willing to help chase the bugs out!

Same for me, Xanathar's Guide and The Tortle Package will not download, but Tomb of Annihilation works for me.

There are some broken links in the Table of Contents in the PHB. The links for "Classes listing", "Backgrounds listing" and "Races listing" are not working.

This is on the IOS version.

I thought the search on Android was missing the "Search" button to intiate, but now I see it is an auto-lookup.  It's moderately slow and the search seems to only provide headings, nothing directly related to what you might search for.

Same here, using iOS 11.2.1. I own all the Content and can't get any to download/access.

I may of found MY issue..I work in a school and I am stuck behind an overactive firewall. My laptop "which I'm typing on now" has a proxy! The firewall doesn't allow access to DDB or Wizards...so since I had to connect to schools wifi for downloads..I bet I'm being blocked!

 Nope didn't work...went off the school's wifi and still no download. 

The "Spells List" link is broken in the basic rules. Also, when doing a global search with lots of results, the last result gets cut in half by the tab bar when scrolling all the way to the bottom.

Like others, I'm also unable to download any purchased content with the iOS app.

- On every fresh app startup (i.e. after force killing the app), I see a 4.33 MB download for manifest.json appear in the Android download manager. This completes fine, but always leaves a record of the file in my downloads history, which is a little annoying.

- All content but the Basic Rules appears as marketplace content under compendium ( I own most of the content available.)

- Visiting the My Content screen shows everything as if I own it.

- All downloads under My Content show as 52.4 MB - the same size as the app download.

- Attempting to download content from My Content shows the "you are not on WiFi" warning (correct) but after accepting the warning, the Android download manager appears in my notifications for a split second and then disappears. I see the same results for content I do and do not own.

- Content that I attempt to download (see above) never completes. Leaving the My Content screen and then returning shows a download progress bar on that item which never completes.

UPDATE: Basic rules downloaded fine (from Compendium.) Guess I'll just wait for the rest of my content to appear.
