I have this same issue. I was able to login without issue on my phone, but not on my iPad. Have tried removing and redownloading the app, cannot login.
Try clearing the devices on https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/mobile-devices Non-subscription accounts are limited to 2 devices and you might be hitting the limit. Removing and reinstalling the app does count as two different devices.

Hi everybody,
Ervery time I try to log into the app, I get this message:
“Failed to login. An unexpected error occurred while trying to login. Try again later or contact support if this problem persists.”
Well I’ll it’s been persisting for a month. Help!
Have you tried uninstalling and installing the new version of the app?
