It's after noon (west coast time) the day after, and I still don't have it in the Android app. That's a minimum of 36 hours since the 18th started -- more depending on which time zone we're actually talking about. So much for the app updating "once every 24 hours."
I suppose it's possible that's a bug that should be investigated.
I have the app on my Android phone (an LG V20 w/ 7.0) and my Android tablet (a Pixel C w/ 8.1). The phone can see MToF as available for download but the tablet cannot. Looking at the "About", the versions of the application are the same (v1.0.2.9) but the Manifest versions are different (v9.2 on the phone and v8.0 on the tablet). I was using the app on my tablet yesterday evening and didn't see the new content yet. I guess I was trying before they had the release issues sorted. But I didn't open the app on the phone until today (just before writing this), and it didn't have any issue pulling down the new manifest. So now, I guess, the tablet just has to wait the 24 hours.
Because the threads were merged there seems to be a few issues (and forgive me, as I am not a savvy tech person, so I may get this wrong):
1) The inability to download (MToF) which XXPX1 addresses above (I , fortunataley do not have this problem, and successfully downloaded it)
2) Rrakkma is an available option to download on the compendium, but after a brief moment of “downloading” it ceases to do so, and once again says “download” —-this doesn’t seem addressed (and admittedly, this is the Issue I am struggling with)
Also , let me add a possible third:
3) After download MToF, the image of my PHB disappeared— i can still access it, but the blank gap on my compendium annoys the completionist in me. Hopefully this can be solved easily
This is a very succinct list of the issues it seems we're facing.
1) The inability to download / see MTOF & Rrakkma Please see my post earlier in this thread if you haven't already.
Tome of Foes and Rrakkma are contained in manifest version 9.2. You can see your manifest version in My Account -> Settings -> About.
The update check occurs when the app is launched and has an active internet connection. So, please be sure you force close the app and re-open if your manifest version is below 9.2. At this point, everyone's app should update since we're past the 24 hour window that was mentioned earlier. Please DM me if this is not the case.
2) MTOF or Rrakkma fails to download / install
This seems to be a common issue at the moment. In iOS, it appears that the app may crash at a certain stage of the download while Android simply reverts the status.
We are still looking into this issue and hope to have a solution soon.
3) PHB Cover Art is missing
I've seen this happen once (iOS) -- it appears the image is corrupted (or became corrupted during app use?). It will be addressed but it is a low priority issue.
Please let me know if there are other persisting issues at the moment that I did not cover.
I believe that shows everything being the latest but I am unable to download the adventure Rhakkma, which is a bummer. It shows the pic says download, when I hit Download it asks fror confirmation but does nothing.
I tried the recommended force quit/restart several times during my game this evening to no avail. When I got home - after the tablet had been powered off when leaving my game - I powered the it back up and after a minute or so and a couple refreshes of the Compendium screen, both MToF and Rrakkma both appeared. My manifest is now showing as v9.4 - my phone still shows v9.2.
But not everything is solved yet. While I was able to download MToF and access it, I've now got the "Rrakkma won't download" problem. Hopefully that fix will be available soon.
I have access (through sharing) to the new book but it doesn’t show on the ipad app. I have tried restarting it, refreshing, logging out and in... Is this a bug or will it be released later?

Post merged into this existing thread, so the product team can more easily view issues.
The below is not fixing the problem, my manifest version is not changing regardless of what I do. Are we going to get some communication today or you guys going to leave us hanging with more "later today" posts.

How do i update my manifest?
The app is updated but my manifest says v8.0. And the app is v1.0.2.9
Do i need to reinstall app?
I'm not stupid. I'm just unlucky when I'm thinking.
My versions are stuck at:
App - v1.0.2.5
Manifest - v7.0
TftYP - v
TFoF - v9
I've deleted the app and reinstalled, restored purchases, opened, closed, reopened... Manifest stays at 7.0

Mine is still at 7.0 as well. Reinstall. Restart. Force close app and restart the app. Nothing seems to work. Strange.
As an update to my earlier post...

Can't see MTF at all on the app. Tried re-installing the whole thing, but it does not help.
App is v1.0.2.9 and manifest is v7.0.
Stuck on manifest 7.0 on iPad. When is this going to be fixed!?!?
Hi,
I have access (through sharing) to the new book but it doesn’t show on the ipad app. I have tried restarting it, refreshing, logging out and in... Is this a bug or will it be released later?
Please see my post earlier in this thread if you haven't already.
It is already released, but some users have a bug, namely, the app does not get updated properly.
Good to know it’s been labeled a bug and not an individual issues. I’m sure it will be handled swiftly.
