On the 19th of may I purchased most of the rule books from the DnDbeyond mobile app, when i was going through the app buying them everything appeared to work fine but when I went to access the content, I found that I did not have access to the dungeon masters guide or the monster manual... when I went to check my digital receipts from Google, I found I had been charged for the DMs guide and charged twice for Xanathars guide to everything instead of the monster manual. I immediately emailed the support email about this but have yet to hear anything back. Has anyone else had this issue?

the best way to contact support is to submit a ticket - they usually respond really quickly and are able to sort such problems.

My issue with the app is being unable to download my purchases.
I had a little of that too but eventually I was able to get what DID show up in my library to download
