I mean it is still white at least for me so it’ll blind you in the dark. What’s worse is I have this issue on my current phone but not my old phone I used to use. Somehow it’s still working properly with the app and it’s as up to date as possible.
Rejoice with this necrobump my glitched brothers and sisters for our prayers have been answered! Today I saw that the most recent app update has fixed this issue!!!!!
The issue at least for books should’ve been fixed when I replied back in May. The version of this issue for the listings tab should’ve been fixed in the most recent update of the app. In regards to your books specifically try updating the app to the most recent version and then change the display settings to a different one and then back to your preferred usual setting. The listings issue should’ve been solved just by updating and reloading the app.
If either or both of those are persisting there’s no helping it unfortunately. I’ve got terrible news but this isn’t a fixable issue on our end. It’s an issue in the base code of the app and there’s no troubleshooting or workaround that’ll help. When you describe it to other users say in the Discord or here don’t accept the “oh it’s just a caching issue all you need to do is uninstall and reinstall the app!” No you don’t. That’s not a permanent fix for this because again it’s in the actual code for the app. It’ll come back soon. The only thing you’ve done is delay the inevitable and waste your own time by forcing yourself to download all your books again and lose all your bookmarks.
