It seems like, that i have a few complications with the Mobile App: I was not able to load any informations regarding two created characters on the app (still possible with the webbrowser through my laptop, after i did change some informations regarding the characters). I tried to log-out/log-in, but i am not able to log-in with the app anymore, and there seems to be a Problem with the Authentification: after typing in my login-data i receive the following message "Login error, please contact support team for assistance".
My profile is not connected with Google or Twitch, only through my e-mail adress. Is there a option to "delete" the mobile devices and reconect? The mobile device itself is listed at my account at "mobile devices" but i`m not able to do anything with the listed device (just the listing of informations: device name, device id etc)
