Our group DM recently set us up on DnD beyond, with the top tier subscription level (the one that allows us to see all of his/her content). As a birthday present for the DM we decided to get them one of the few books they don't own (Storm Kings thunder). I purchased it through the DnD Beyond app on my phone, I can view it on there as can my wife who is in the same campaign/group as me.
Unfortunately, our DM is having issues with viewing the book, and is getting a message that she needs to purchase it.
Can anyone advise on what may be the issue. Have I messed up terribly? My understanding was that everyonh in the group should be able to share with each other.
Hi there,
Going to try and word this as best I can.
Our group DM recently set us up on DnD beyond, with the top tier subscription level (the one that allows us to see all of his/her content). Ask your DM to disable content sharing for the campaign, then enable it again please to see if that resolves the issue.
There can sometimes be a quirk when new content is purchased by someone that isn't the subscription holder.
