my problem is the following, after have logged in the app, in the compendium page, i see all the content flagged with the marketplace icon, i click on every item apart the "basic rules", i see the marketplace page with the string "User already has a license for this product through the website" e the button flagged "unavaible".
If i go under "my content" i can see only the basic rules, but if i press "download all" i have been asked to download 3211,1mb of material.

Apart from the ravnica book i own every one book on the marketplace.
that may be an issue with device licensing? You're limited to the number of devices that you can download content to (unless you have a current subscription).
In effect… i have 3 times the same device ASUS_X008D listed with 3 different id. At the moment i have only the pad and my mobile where i have downloaded the app. I try to delete some of those devices
I definitely see that you should have those licenses available in the app. If you pull-to-refresh on the main compendium view with all the source covers, does it still show all items as marketplace? As long as you're signed into the correct Twitch account you should be good to go. If it still doesn't work even after a reinstall we can look into it further!

1) Yes, still marked as marketplace 2) The account is the correct one, and i have tried to uninstall and reinstall some times, clean the cache and so on. 3) On my pad, the application work without problem, only on the smartphone i have this bug.

You can delete any un-needed devices from that page, to see if that helps.

I suggest you submit a support ticket. The support team will hopefully be able to help figure this out for you!
