First time I've ever posted on a forum so sorry if this isn't in the right place, but I've purchased out of the abyss adventure through Google play, a pop up showed and disappeared and all I saw was "support" and "have receipt". So I went to the app store got the support email and sent one with a screen shot of my receipt, that was 12 days ago.
I cant remmber if this was talked about during one of the update videos last year and bought it before something was fixed but I cant view it on app or the site and it keeps sending me back to the marketplace to purchase it again.
It's been 12 days (bought on the 3rd) how long does it typically take for support to get around to these kind of problem?

I suggest submitting a support ticket.
The support team are really helpful and have access to your purchases and account details.
