Can't download my books on android

Hi guys. I can't download books larger than 30mb on my Android.

I can see this has been a problem before (old forum threads).

Android 9, Samsung S10E, DNDBeyond version 1.1.15.

Things I'd check:

• Do you have enough storage space free
• Are you able to download non-ddb files bigger than 30mb (maybe test with a large app or a pdf)
• Does the issue persist if you clear the cache from the app
• Failing that, maybe try clearing all app data (this'll delete all your books but not the app), sign in again, then redownload
• Nuclear option; clear cache, clear app data, uninstall app, reinstall

And for future readers: Don't queue the downloads. Download the books one by one.
