My concern with the survey was that the price questions came in 2 forms:
Would you rather buy book for X$, map for Y$, or both for >(X+Y)$?
Would you rather buy book for X$, map for Y$, or both for <X$?
I'm not sure how you are going to get reliable data in these cases when some of the answers are obviously worse than others. Sure I'll take a map for -10$ off the normal book price, and no I will not buy a bundle for 5$ more than the individual prices of those items.
On a slightly separate question, is there a way to access the survey after accidently clicking the 'Dismiss' button?
