This isn't something that really needs to be done, but I think it would help if when you have containers like backpacks, sacks, chest or bag of holdings in your inventory, you could say what items are in what.
Lets say you are traveling in a town and a rouge steals an item from a sack you have, whats in that sack? You wont know whats in that bag because all your items are put just in the inventory with no indicators of if they are in a backpack or a bag of holding.
What about a bag of holding with its 15 pound weight rule? You have to manually change your weight if you don't want it be encumbered because you out you 500 carrots that have fireball imbued in them.
Of course thus usnt really a major problem as you could write down what items are in what and manually change your weight, but you would have to do that for every item you get. You have to look through different files or papers just to figure out what got stolen by the rouge who stole your sack, and you have to manually change your weight everytime you get an item and you have a bag of holding.
This is just a suggestion with my 2 main reason why, as I said before its not a major issue.
