The spell Greater Invisibility shows in the list for Warlocks (All of them not just the Genie). I have one of my players get it and he's a Dao not a Djinni. I don't have any sources on and not including any Tasha's optional features. In the spell's Tags (Classes:) section they only show the Genie option.
Are you sure it's all of them, because it only shows for Archfey and Genie for me, which would be correct.
As for "genie type" they can't restrict added spells to the optional choice - all they can do is add the spell for "Genie" patron, it's up to you to ensure you only pick the spell if you're the right genie type.

Ah got it. So it does show because the system doesn't know which Subtype of Genie they picked. So all spells are available.
