Tasha's Cauldron of everything added additional spells to all spellcasting classes, some of which were spells that were previously in the game but were unavailable to the class. These spells can be viewed in the character builder when the option is turned on, but in the searchable compendium they are not listed under the classes that now can have access to them. For example, the Wizard gained access to the Divination spell but if you search for it under Wizard spells it will not come up, and when you view its details page Wizard is not listed as a class that can take the spell. It would be very helpful if the spells were added under their new classes, and if they need to be separate because they are an optional rule just add a filter in search that will add/remove them from selection and maybe an asterisk or something next to the class in the spells' detail pages if that's deemed necessary.
I've had several occasions where the current limitations have chafed, I had a DM who was allowing the Additional Spells from Tasha's prevent me from casting a spell because "D&D Beyond says it's not a Wizard spell" and another instance when I was building an Aberant Mind Sorcerer and had to open three additional tabs to view all of the added Enchantment and Divination spells that I could choose from since the site as of now still doesn't have a built-in method of swapping out the Psionic Spells. I've also had several instances where I was helping players to picks spells and had to navigate away from the spells compendium to Tasha's to see what additional spells could be taken.
I'd very much like to see something implemented to make the new Additional Spells added to the compendium.

TCOE does not expand any existing class's spell lists. What TCOE does is to allow classes to access additional spells, if that makes sense.
In order to use the option to access additional spells, I believe you will need to purchase TCOE, the whole book. Alternatively, you can just create a homebrew copy of the spell in question and remove any restrictions. If you just want access to more spells, I recommend just homebrewing the spells and removing the class restrictions so you do not have to shell out thirty bucks for the book, and removing class restrictions is pretty easy to do.
I think you misunderstand. I own the book and can access the spells on my character sheet, but I cannot view the spells under the Game Rules - Spells tab of the searchable compendium when filtered by the classes who now have access to those spells and when I view a spell’s description page it makes no mention of classes who now have access to the spell who didn’t before Tasha’s. For example if you click on the link for Divination it states that it can be taken by CLERIC,CIRCLE OF THE LAND (FOREST) andCIRCLE OF THE LAND (GRASSLAND) but makes no mention of WIZARD. And if you search for Wizard spells Divination will not come up.
I get that all of the Additional Class Features in Tasha’s are optional and require DM consultation, but all I want is a filter in the search and a call out in the description for the grievances listed in the original post. Maybe something along the lines of WIZARD (TCOE) as a call out and a filter of “Additional Spells” as a yes/no if you own the book in the same way as you can filter by Concentration or Ritual.
Under the Additional Spells feature in Tasha’s it specifically calls out that “The spells in the following list expand the _____ spell list in the Player’s Handbook” so it does indeed expand the spell list of classes that benefit from the optional feature.

You are right, they do indeed expand the spell list.
If it is not already noted in the OP of the TCOE support thread (I also recommend reading the OP thoroughly in case you have any future questions), you can post your issue there.
I've been running into this problem recently too. It's crazy they haven't fixed it in 3 years, but it will probably be fixed when 2024 comes out because many classes are absorbing their expanded spell list

For your character sheet: in the Character Builder -> 2. Class -> Optional Feature Manager - be sure to check the box for Additional [class] Spells
