Was playing around with a Warlock/Sorcerer multiclass when I observed that the Bloodwell Vial increases the Warlock Spell Save DC and Spell Attack Rolls when it should only affect the Sorcerer ones.
All-Purpose Tool, Amulet of the Devout, Arcane Grimoire, Bloodwell Vial, Rhythm-Maker’s Drum, Moon Sickle - These items currently grant their bonus to all spells, rather than just ones for the specified class. We will work on the required modifier to resolve this.
given that the store update isn't in the changelog nor is the addition of the mcdm content, the latest Maps updates, the App updates or Vecna and the last update is from March i doubt the changelog is being maintained at the moment.

It is, it's just not updated the moment a new update goes live. Updates to the change log are done in batches
up until March it was done when they did an update that was worth mentioning or a Monthly roundup if nothin big had happened on the site itself. the point of a changelog kinda disapears when it's not updated when a new update goes live,especialy as big as the ones that hapened in the past few Months. Then it might as well be discontinued.

Yes, there has been no change to the character sheet service to remove/resolve this limitation. Once there is, it will be announced in the changelog
