I made a custom attack for my Sneak Attack damage on a rogue and exported the sheet to update it on Avrae (Discord bot that helps do stuff like rolling attacks and such) and tried to use my custom attack only for it to say it didn't exist. I opened up the PDF and sure enough there's no sign of it or the unarmed attack existing.
the PDF export functionality is fairly limited currently - it was added as a temporary placeholder.
This happened because lots of people asked for an export to PDF function, so the current export was implemented quickly, so that there was at least something.
The upcoming character sheet overhaul is expected to have an updated export to PDF function as well.
