D&D Beyond FoundersIf you have a character in a campaign where content is shared, you're able to use the shared content on that character.

No i looked in the patron area for hexblade because thats what i want and all i can see is the fiend
Are you making the character in the campaign through which the content is being shared? It won't appear if your character isn't in the campaign
