I wanted to have access to the "Topaz Annihilator" item detailed in FToD but when I purchased the magic items it was not included. My next step was to purchase the whole book and still I don't have access to the item. I seem to have access with the other items, just not the one I want and is the entire reason I spent $30. (It's for a long term game, so I don't mind paying that much for a dumb stat block, but to not get access does both me a bit.)

Unfortunately we're not able to build that currently, in a way that would allow it to be added to the character sheet. 😢
Best recommendation is to add a custom action to the character sheet.
