Selecting the Lair - Yes option produces no results, likewise creatures that should have lair features are not showing said feature (as far as I can see (I could just be blind on that part))
I think that filter is added for future content. As far as i know nothing in the SRD currently has Lair actions. The default Dragons and creatures that do have lair actions in the MM don't have them in the SRD. A little confusing i will admit but i believe that is the reason.
Is that forum post stickied to the top of any sections? Because i never noticed it anywhere and i feel like it would be useful to have that front and center seeing as alot of the posts happening right now are people inspecting the beta.
Not sure what happened when you checked, but I just tried and the search is showing me 4 pages of monsters with lairs, including all of the adult dragons.

To add to this, results come up, but only for some monsters.
Right now the only Adult Dragon that shows up is the Adult Red Dragon.
