1. I didn't want a Twitch account, but I needed one here. I don't see the point.
2. Trying to sign up from a Galaxy A5 16 on Firefox, screen had some horizontal scrolling, annoying, and it looks like you went for the "site app" feel, so, needs polishing.
3. Sign up didn't work the first time, stuck forever on the "sending" stage. Refreshed the page, had to fill the form again, now with a robot test (fine by me), then worked instantly.
Bonus: know why it didn't work the first time? Twitch. Or any third party login for that matter. Why does any site uses third party login is beyond me.
Frankly to me the explanation there is insane. "D&D Beyond accounts are Curse accounts and Curse accounts are Twitch accounts therefore DDB accounts are Twitch accounts." What use that is to me? That is just the usual evasive companies give when asked why they're using social logins. The actual reason stays hidden. Perhaps they take advantage of the personal data bloat by more properly selling ads on Twitch, that would make sense. This service is free to use, they might need ways to monetize somehow (while D&D books aren't free, I'd understand this service must take a huge investment). Why not come out and say that then?
The fact is, I want to use DDB, not Twitch. As it is, because it's a completely unrelated tool, integrating DDB and Twitch seems forced and shady. Giving out personal information is no joke.
Already got spammed by Twitch, of course. Power Rangers Marathon, great. But wait, it's 831 episodes.
I was led to believe it's related to D&D Beyond, so here you go.
Welcome to Twitch, rafaellvx!
We’re excited to have you here and wanted to let you know about a special event that’s happening right now.
We are hosting a 831 all-episodes marathon of Power Rangers, and we're knee-deep in zords, magic dagger flutes, and progressively stranger outfits.
It’s all streaming on Twitch.tv/TwitchPresents, our new destination for marathon-type content and special events that never had a place to call their own until now.
You can tune in every day until March 26th for all the morphenomenal Power Rangers moments you can handle.

The devs have posted a pretty decent write up on why they are requiring Twitch accounts that you can read up on here:

Sorry you had some troubles. You might consider reposting this on the Bugs section.
Thanks for letting me know.
