I love the look and feel of the site. It's very clean, and the art treatment around the edges provides an immersive feel in line with printed materials.
I'd like to suggest making all dropdowns follow the same visual guidelines. For example, in the "Items" page, the "Rarity" field appears as simple text fields with suggested text in gray. It gets one flavor of dropdown treatment. Meanwhile the "Effect Type" field in "Advanced Filter" has a dash in black and up/down set of carets. This field gets a different dropdown treatment. I'd personally like to see a consistent style throughout. If you decide to go with carets, go with just a down caret. The up/down set of carets makes more sense as a column-sorting toggle in the table below.
I suspect that the style difference is because some fields are mutli-select and other aren't. I get the distinction, but I don't think that precludes a consistent up-front styling. I'm not wild about the mutli-select field growing as you add tags/values, but that's a difficult UI design issue. I'd consider docking the selected values (in tag form?) below the field. What you have functions quite well, though.
Losing the hamburger icon next to "Show/Hide Advanced Filters" was a good move. The rounded tab treatment, however, feels a little off. Could it get some kind of torn-parchment enhancement as well?
Finally, something I've seen in other feedback: the icons next to text like "DEX Save" and "Damage/Effect": I love them. They're clever and nicely done. We just need a legend somewhere to keep them straight.
