There is a thread in the general discussion board about this. What was previously a midnight PST thing, is now a 7am Pst thing. It's dumb, and the last pre-purchase I do. Good Job Hasbro
The team aims to release titles at 7am PT / 9am CT / 10am ET / 3pm GMT in order to be more available to provide support during the release process. As of posting, this is 3 hours from now.
I'm pretty disappointed with this pre-order campaign and how it's been mishandled so far. It will definitely be the last pre-order I participate in from WotC
For a company that has had its stock devalued for screwing up the Magic release, you'd think there would be more focus on fixing your production and customer (lack of) service issues. once bitten, twice shy.

Cyb3rM1nd, I just asked, mostly because there just seems to be no way to track pre-orders, at least not that I have found... which is what I stated.
I know it may take a few days... I was mostly asking if anyone knows a way to track pre-orders, since there doesn't seem to be an order history, other than on D&D Beyond... which doesn't track physical copies.

I’m having the same problem. I could have driven to a physical store and bought my deluxe edition already but paying customers are getting screwed. Never ever buying anything directly from D&D or D&D Beyond again. Fees like I got scammed by some Nigerian Prince.

Oh do not worry, my reaction wasn't regarding your post. You just had a question which is fair and fine. All spiffy! 👍

Leaving OGL 1.0(a) untouched and making SRD 5.1 CC-BY-4.0 is a great first step. The next is a promise to do the same for future editions. Here's a discussion thread on that.
20 minutes late as of this reply. That would get me written up at work.
Wow, your job must suck. Working in web/IT for decades, I'm glad DDB has finally come around to not trying to support midnight releases anymore. Very sensible of them!

At some jobs it is critical you start on the correct time but a job is different from a product release worldwide. Especially digital and everyone trying to acces it at the same times.

And you’re late. Great support WotC.

For that matter, does anyone know if the physical copies/materials that had been pre-ordered have shipped yet?
I haven't found a way to track it on the website.

DDB is great, but it could be better. Here are some things I think could improve DDB
