lost items

so i bought a few bundles it does show in marketplace that i have them but when i go to make a character nothing i bought shows up am i missing something? i also enabled every option on the home screen of character.  

You would be best off contact customer support as they can inspect your account and licenses and figure out what might be wrong

yes i have put in a ticket awhile ago i have heard nothing yet....

in the meantime you might try syncing your entitlements.

Also make sure to not put in a second ticket as apearantly that will put you at the back of the queue
