I've posted something similar. I'm a little disappointed if this is going to be a Bootstrap Website which requires Internet access at all times to use.
A dedicated app would make for a much better experience and you only need internet access for updates or purchases
I guess I would go look at the posts the mods have made. They have given tons of information.

Will there be a full app version released? As good as coming to a website is, having the glorious hoard of information in an app would be amazing.

If you watch their trailers and read up a bit on the project, an app is coming.
