I can do better and confirm that in one word: yes!
Hi @LaTiaJacquise
That is great to hear, So buying all three books on dndstore.wizards.com will get the same bonus rewards as the complete bundle on dndbeyond (listed below).
And as you already posted, buying all three Digital+Physical book bundles on dndstore.wizards.com will ship just after each book is released.
the first PHB bonuses have dropped, Excellent. And my order through dndstore.wizards.com for all three books has honoured these first bonuses.
Do you see the bonuses for all three (PH, DMG, MM)? I have only the PH bonuses.
In the license page, I can now see 2024 PH, DMG and MM, grant type is Product Key. There are also 2024 PHB Pre-Order Perks and 2024 Player's Handbook Digital Dice (grant type is "Bonus" for both). These seem to be the perks listed in the PH shop page in the dbdbeyond.
I suppose the DMG and MM bonuses and the bundle bonuses will drop later. Any idea, when?
I ordered all three books from the EU shop, because we have been said so many times that the books will ship one by one. It is still slightly worrying that the confirmation email says: "If your purchase includes some product purchased as a pre-order, the order won't be shipped until we have stock of all the products in the order". Now I'm just hoping they know what they do in France (or wherever the EU warehouse is).
Thank you! If I may suggest something, when looking at the comments on Instagram and Facebook - maybe you should release a separate "news" post on the website clarifying this once and for all so we can all share the link to it, instead of the forum? But again - you probably will know better what works better :).
PS. To confirm also for others reading this thread - I do have already access to extra character frames, backgrounds and dices :). So it works! (I expect will be the same with other bonuses coming :)).
Thanks for the clarification on the Core rulebooks but I am still awaiting an answer on why there is no Pre-order at all (outside of the USA) for the 2024 DM Screen and Character sheets?
I think it's absolutely crazy you can spend $179.97 get the digital books, physical books and cosmetic goodies for your D&D beyond account, but for international customers you have to pay (for my region) £179.97 for JUST the books. So let me get this straight, we get no digital insentives or bonuses AND have to pay more for an inferior service and goods? It's baffling to me that they have an option for international customers, but don't provided the same service and expect you to pay more. I know complaining will get me / us nowhere, but it's just so absurd to me that they are happy with this level of service for a massive percentage of their fans, honestly it's so disheartening for people like me who have been fans for years and for some people, even longer than that. Absolutely shameful to say the least...

I play D&D to escape the reality of the waiting time between D&D sessions
The physical core rulebook bundle will not be available through dndstore.wizards.com, this storefront does not sell only physical products at this time
The digital core rulebook bundle can be purchased through the D&D Beyond marketplace regardless of region
The digital+physical core rulebook bundle will not be available through dndstore.wizards.com but this doesn't actually result in any missed savings or extras. This option is just a convenience option and works the same as adding the three digital + physical bundles to your cart price wise
Obviously it's wise to wait for the official marketplace descriptions to update before you pre-order, but things are happening
"but this doesn't actually result in any missed savings or extras"
If there are no missed saving how come the bundle price on D&D beyond is $179.97 but for the international store buying the 3 separate bundles is £179.97? It seems to me like that's £41.40 of missed savings! (Based on current exchange rates)

Sales tax is not included in the D&D Beyond marketplace listings because it varies from state to state and so is calculated and applied at checkout once you've entered your address. In the UK it's a fixed 20% so is included in the listings, although can be as high as 29% for imported goods which these would qualify as depending on where they ship from. $179.97 in £ is £142.44 at current exchange rates. This gives a price range between £170.93 and £183.75 based on current exchange rate and how much VAT and import tax has to be applied.

Agree with you there. I mean we have an intl store why not add currently conversion. $197us is $300aud, so I will have to just get the digital. Least we get free shipping, it would be totally unaffordable otherwise.

In that case, the only problem is the dispatch schedule for "foreign" orders. The EU store says in FAQ: "If you place multiple orders with different release dates, then your order will deliver when the last item is available." All three new core rulebooks have different release dates so this means that if I put all three in the same order, I will get the books in February 2025. But I will get the extras.
If I split the books in three separate orders, I will get the physical books in September, November and February. Do I get the extras /bonuses/etc in this case?
It’s rather interesting that the biggest reason I haven’t pre-ordered the new books (physical+digital) is those extra bonuses. If there hadn’t been any bonuses for anyone with pre-orders (or same bonuses for everyone), I would have pre-ordered all three books in June 18th. But since bonuses were offered to US customers, I decided to wait for new information and maybe changes for non-US customers. I don't know what to do yet and it is kind of annoying.
The bolded language has always existed on the stores and is meant for orders where someone is buying something that's already out along with something being preordered; for example, if you bought Vecna: Eve of Ruin and Quests from the Infinite Staircase, your entire order would ship when Quests releases.
For core rulebook bundles, the release schedule is the same as if you purchased all three books individually: PHB releases in September, DMG in November, and MM in February, and they will be shipped so that you get them as close to or on that date as possible.
The preorder bonuses are, as Davyd said, also the same for everyone who buys all three physical/digital bundles.
It's probably quite obvious that English is not my first language so it is probable that I don't understand everything in the same way native speakers understand it. But I think the FAQ is quite clear when it says that the order will dispatch when the last item (in this case 2024 Monster Manual) is available. It may not be so in this case, but that is the only official information about dispatches in the store page. There are three release dates in the EU store web page and the FAQ which says "the order will deliver when the last item is available". Until earlier shipping dates are confirmed in the store page, I can't put the these three books in one order.
If I make three different orders (one for each book), this delivery problem disappears. One book in each order -> you get the book when you expect it. But in that case: do you get the bonuses, if you make three separate orders?
I'm asking these questions, because I have some bad experiences from web stores which claim that they will ship the product on the release date. Unfortunately, the most recent one is also related to D&D. I preordered (in May) "The Making of Original Dungeons & Dragons: 1970-1977" from the German version of the very well known online store. When I ordered the book, the release date was June 18, 2024. You would expect that the book is dispatched as soon as possible, but in my order the estimated delivery date is July 6-9 and the order has not been dispatched yet. Unfortunately, only the information in the store page is legally binding.
LaTia is explaining that while normally an order containing an available book and a pre-order book would ship when the pre-order book is available, in this case each of the core rule books will ship individually when they release:
For core rulebook bundles, the release schedule is the same as if you purchased all three books individually: PHB releases in September, DMG in November, and MM in February, and they will be shipped so that you get them as close to or on that date as possible.
As much as I'd like to believe this, that is not what they say in the order page. I put all three in my basket and proceeded to checkout. In the checkout page in the EU store, they say: "Shipment 1/1 Chronopost (Standard) (2 to 3 business days) (Free) Estimated ship date 13. February 2025"
There is only one way to read that: all three books will ship in February 2025. I did not place my order. If they plan to split the the order and ship the book separately on release date, it must be stated clearly in the checkout page.
Release date is not the same as the shipping date. And the shipping date is the date that matters here. They must clearly say that they will ship the books separately even if you put them in one order. The question is still the same: do I get the bonuses if I split my order to three separate orders? That would guarantee shipping near the release date.
I hope so. It's the only way I'll be able to do it. I don't want to wait until Feb due to the local distribution place waiting for all 3.

I am in Canada and placed the order with the Canadian exchange rate making it close to $285 CAD. I found Canadian stores selling it at a much better Canadian price. I sent a ticket to cancel my preorder and there is no response for almost two weeks. Is there a way to get a refund since the product is not technically out yet?

You know, I did the same thing today. My local Australian stores have the pre-orders for the alt covers (Which are amazing) at a cheaper price in AUD for me even with shipping. I sent a ticket to cancel my pre-order but no reply either. I really think, as the books are not printed yet and not even close, we should be able to cancel the order.

also, after buying the last of my missing WOTC books today i'll go back and preorder the 2024 set.

it might just take some time for the CS team to get to your ticket, from everything i see on the forum it looks like they are swamped.
Whatever you do tho, don't put in a second support ticket as it will move you to the back of the queue
