Now I don't know if Im just not familiar enough with the UI of DNDBeyond but I find it annoying to filter by my source books from memory. Would it be possible to have an option to automatically filter Monsters/Items based off of owned/shared Source books? If this isn't already implemented I feel like it would be a nice update.
Although this allows you to see all the source books you own it doesn't allow you to do that when searching magic items/monsters/equipment etc. with a filter of only books in your Library. However, this was a neat trick thanks. Just not exactly what is being asked
This is a great idea! It would definitely streamline the process and make it easier for users to access relevant content without having to remember which source books they own. You might want to consider submitting this suggestion directly to D&D Beyond’s feedback or support channels.
It’s able to be sorted easier online, but the app is now useless and confusing. This sales pitch is not working and my party returned to paper sheets. Y’all are running this website and app into the ground
The best solution to this i have is creating a search once with all your sources selected.
I know, its a lot to do going between the library and monster/spell page and comparing the lists.
Then once you have everything selected, hit search, then just bookmark. That's it! now whenever you want to search with your library as the starting point restriction, you just load the bookmark.
I’ve got my bookmarks in Firefox set to also let me just type “spell fire” in the address bar. Then it will automatically pull up that page with my preferred filters and “fire” already in the searchbox.

at the sources page, type LIBRARY in the search box and it will show all the books you have licensed to your account (purchased, gifted, claimed)

There is this browser extension: petrgon/beyond-my-sources, google it.
Why would you not just type "library" into the filter box?
I really don't feel encouraged to buy new books because each one makes searching more of a chore.

Then you get something gross like this for Basic rules, Artificer book, and critical role:
https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells?filter-search=&filter-verbal=&filter-somatic=&filter-material=&filter-concentration=&filter-ritual=&filter-source=1&filter-source=31&filter-source=191&filter-partnered-content=f
